On-Call On Demand

Safe and reliable transportation, right when you need it.

The Transportation and Parking Services office oversees the On-Call Service at the University. Since 2018, we have worked in partnership with Wake Forest Student Government to enhance and improve the safety and convenience of our On-Call Service. Passengers can track the On-Call Shuttle location on their computer or phone, and you can even set up text message alerts to let you know when the On-Call Shuttle will be arriving at your stop.

  • Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. | Monday–Friday
